A great source of local design, is a renovated, multi-layered complex that has been constructed to function as a self-servicing compound with restaurants, retail and offices. Superette Café is great for breakfasts and there’s Lady Bonin’s Tea Parlour, specialising in wild, biodynamic and organic loose-leaf teas.
If Woodstock is the design quarter, then Woodstock Exchange is the edited display showroom of the best finds. The small-scale apparel or accessories stores, such as the modern milliner’s Kingdom are run by passionate owners willing to share their inspiration, vision and devotion to quality and craftsman-ship. The higher floors, with the exception of the Air yoga studio, are mainly used as office space.
