MH: Copper and brass are materials that have fallen in and out of trend over the years, however, I think they are here to stay. The trick is not to over kill this aesthetic by using it everywhere, rather just accenting with it in an interior.

W: Why have copper, brass, and gold overtaken silver and platinum when it comes to interior metallic colour trends? MH: People are looking for something that they feel is unique and unexpected in everyday materials – copper and brass offer this. There is a warmth to these materials that platinum, stainless steel, and silver do not share.
W: What should one look out for if they’re wanting to use these materials in their homes? MH: Accessories are a fantastic way to show off this metallic trend. Items such as our copper and brass vessels or new hooks are a perfect way of introducing this luxurious finish into interiors. Brass and copper are also beautiful when used in lighting, as it shows off their natural golden hue.
